Epidermal cysts are benign tumors commonly known as sebaceous cyst and frequently found throughout the body. These lined with true, stratified-Squamous epithelium, derived from hair follicle. They can grow of any size maybe get infected over a period time. is usually asymptomatic mostly presents slowly growing painless mass. most confused other like dermoid but histopathological examination provides final diagnosis. We reporting here an unusual presentation large epidermal in old person sacrum-coccygeal region which was successfully surgically excised. An this rarely reported region.
